- This role will be coordinating vendor integration activities across internal Optum teams and external vendor partners for member eligibility, engagement data, single-sign-on, and more.
- the team is two full-time members directly on the team and working with many others in Tech, Product, and outside partners.
- Set up new programs and/or vendors in BOSS, OGM, Content and in referral portal (provide mp codes and policies to tech).
- Digital tile set up and eligibility set up via file and API.
- Set up engagement data exchange.
- All activities require testing and working with the vendor to coordinate timelines and resources.
- healthcare industry experience, preferably with an insurance company or digital health company; tech product or business product management experience.
- Clear communication skills to coordinate across companies; some business understanding of member eligibility data; light technical skills to at least have a basic understanding of APIs, file exchange; great project management skills to coordinate across multiple Optum teams and external vendor teams.
- Have worked to direct tech teams in the past to set up APIs, perform user acceptance testing, project/product management work.
