JOB DESCRIPTION

Join us in a dynamic role where you'll enhance our learning platforms and create engaging eLearning content. This position uniquely combines system administration, instructional design, and project management to elevate training effectiveness and learner experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and configure user accounts and settings for learning management systems.
  • Develop and maintain engaging eLearning content to simplify complex ideas.
  • Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
  • Analyze training metrics to provide insights for program improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective curriculums.
  • Resolve technical issues and support learner inquiries effectively.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in LMS administration and instructional design.
  • Strong project management skills with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in creating eLearning content using tools such as Articulate or Rise.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in corporate training and development, particularly in the powersports or supply chain sectors.
  • Familiarity with software such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Suite.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
