Responsibilities
- Develop efficient software solutions utilizing Java, C#, Python, .Net, and Spring Boot.
- Maintain and enhance on-premises and internal PAAS applications, transitioning them to AWS as needed.
- Design and implement serverless patterns and industry-standard APIs.
- Collaborate in an Agile development setting, participating in sprint planning and daily standups.
- Ensure adherence to security standards and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Provide 24/7 on-call support rotation as part of the role.
Skills
- Proficient in Java, SQL, AWS, SpringBoot, and SpringJMS.
- Experience with GitHub/GitLab, SonarQube, JUnit, and continuous integration tools like Jenkins.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
- Experience with OpenShift and working knowledge of MQ.
- AWS Certification and DevOps experience are advantageous.
- Previous experience in the airline industry and knowledge of Windows Server and HP-UX operating systems.
