JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Product Owner to join our team. In this role, you will manage product development from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and delivering exceptional value to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project scope and timelines, coordinating sprints and daily stand-ups to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features and requirements.
  • Facilitate effective communication within teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Guide teams in Agile methodologies, enhancing their scrum maturity and productivity.
  • Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate based on user feedback and data insights.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap, aligning with business needs and strategic goals.

Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a scrum master or Technical Product Owner role.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to foster collaboration among team members.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities to navigate challenges effectively.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Scrum master certification or equivalent Agile training.
  • Experience in managing product launches and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with technical documentation and requirements gathering.
