We are seeking a dedicated Stylist Assistant to support our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. This part-time position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fashion industry while collaborating with talented professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist stylists in preparing merchandise for styling and photoshoots, ensuring everything is organized and ready for use.
• Support the on-set crew by maintaining workflow and addressing any issues that arise during shoots.
• Collaborate with team members to keep the styling closet organized and manage daily tasks effectively.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment throughout the day.
• Coordinate the flow of samples and merchandise, including tasks related to photoshoots.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and liaise with fashion and buying offices to ensure timely sample flow.
• Track inventory and samples using Fashion GPS or similar systems, ensuring all items are accounted for.
• Contribute to prepping merchandise for editorial shoots in collaboration with stylists.

Skills

• Experience assisting in on-set photoshoots, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of garment care, including steaming and tailoring skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in fashion or e-commerce styling teams is a plus.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems like Fashion GPS.
• Understanding of sample trafficking and photoshoot production processes.
