Responsibilities

• Craft and implement engaging AI learning programs across various formats to enhance accessibility and practical application for employees.
• Develop toolkits and learning pathways to accelerate AI adoption and competency within the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI learning into enterprise development frameworks.
• Utilize learning analytics and engagement data to refine programs and demonstrate their impact.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and vendors on AI capability development strategies.
• Support the administration of learning management systems to ensure effective training delivery.

Skills

• Proven experience in Learning & Development, particularly in developing enterprise AI-focused initiatives.
• Strong background in designing and implementing large-scale learning programs in AI or digital skills.
• Proficiency in managing projects and stakeholder relationships within complex organizations.
• Technical fluency with Generative AI tools and learning platforms.
• Excellent collaboration skills across HR, Technology, and business leaders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in applying adult learning principles and design thinking.
• Analytical skills to measure learning impact and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Background in Technology or Financial Services is advantageous.
