JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Senior Associate Program Manager, where you'll be at the forefront of project management, ensuring smooth execution and collaboration across teams. This exciting role offers the chance to work with a leading hospitality brand in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update project trackers and schedules to keep everything on track.
  • Organize meetings, take detailed notes, and outline action items for follow-up.
  • Gather updates from development and QA teams to ensure cohesive communication.
  • Support weekly status reports and facilitate release preparations.
  • Identify and log issues, ensuring timely follow-ups and escalation when necessary.

Skills

  • Exceptional communication skills for effective liaison across teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in collaboration tools like Teams and Jira to streamline project management.
  • Experience in project coordination or PMO, demonstrating a solid understanding of project management principles.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in cross-functional environments to enhance collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with API, cloud, or modernization projects to add value to technical initiatives.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow through on tasks independently.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
