Responsibilities

• Manage and service a diverse portfolio of loans, ensuring accurate processing of transactions and communication with stakeholders.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring compliance with company procedures and controls.
• Collaborate on special projects and contribute to system improvements and reporting enhancements.
• Provide support for ad-hoc loan inquiries and tasks, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Skills

• Proficiency in accounting and loan servicing, with a strong foundation in commercial mortgage loans.
• Expertise in SS&C’s Precision LM system and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to improving processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Qlik Sense, Business Objects, Crystal Report Writer, and Microsoft SQL Server for creating queries.
• Background in construction loan servicing and a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or computer science.
• Ability to work independently, displaying initiative and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
