JOB DESCRIPTION
Project Manager (11217-1)
 
  • Activities include coordinating the delivery of multiple projects through clearly defining critical path activities in a detailed project plan, managing internal and external project resources and drive to completion deliverables per schedule.
  • Must be able to communicate to an executive committee, creating and reporting program status utilizing a dashboard or status report, defining resource responsibilities across the multiple projects, ensuring adherence to governance policies and managing the financial concerns of the program.
  • Must be able to utilize and effectively communicate technical components of an initiative to applicable parties. Identifying potential risks, roadblocks and mitigation plans is essential.

Skill Set:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Experience in managing end to end system implementation involving multiple cloud software services.
  • PMP certification or Six Sigma certification ideal with deep understanding and experience in project management.
  • Must be self motivated, well organized and forward thinking.
  • Proven oral and written communication skills; Strong business presentation skills and experience presenting to various levels of management.
  • Sound analytical skills and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to interface effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units.
  • Ability to effectively utilize external vendors and resources throughout the organization.
  • Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines.
