JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Content Operations Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in managing and synchronizing content across enterprise systems. This remote opportunity offers the chance to work on a multi-year platform transition, ensuring high-quality content delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Enter, format, and publish structured content using DITA XML and HTML across various content management systems.
  • Maintain and apply metadata and taxonomy to ensure compliance with system standards.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure content accuracy and synchronization across platforms.
  • Convert content from formats such as InDesign and PDF into digital-ready formats.
  • Edit and optimize digital images and manage video content for online platforms.
  • Support content maintenance and workflow management during the platform transition.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine content processes and ensure accurate information flow.

Skills

  • Proficiency in DITA XML and HTML/CSS for content formatting and management.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Guides and Sitecore CMS.
  • Strong skills in content conversion, image editing, and metadata governance.
  • Ability to perform quality assurance for content across multiple systems.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with video content platforms like Kaltura and work management tools such as Workfront.
  • Understanding of XML/XSLT troubleshooting and experience in regulated content environments.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG and Section 508.
