JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Program/Project Manager where you'll lead cross-functional projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and are completed on time and within budget. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse teams and drive impactful projects that contribute to organizational success.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate project proposals to define timelines, funding, and processes.
  • Lead and inspire project teams, setting clear work plans and goals.
  • Develop and implement project communication and risk mitigation plans.
  • Oversee project progress, ensuring consistency and quality across deliverables.
  • Create and distribute status reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and maintain strong working relationships.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of IT work experience, including project coordination.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills for guiding project teams.
  • Excellent communication and risk management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent.
  • Experience with agile development approaches.
  • Familiarity with resource and change management practices.
