We are seeking an experienced Corporate Accountant to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced corporate accounting environment while working collaboratively with a talented group of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare accounting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
• Assist in month-end and quarter-end close processes, supporting compliance with SOX controls.
• Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on documentation and accounting best practices.
• Standardize processes and documentation across accounting functions to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with global accounting teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Support ad hoc accounting projects and initiatives related to assigned business areas.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Active CPA certification is required.
• Approximately 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a focus on review and coaching responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ASC 842 lease accounting and systems like Leasequery and Netsuite.
• Familiarity with debt accounting and capitalized software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Blackline.
