Responsibilities
- Analyze and enhance current HR applications focusing on employee scheduling and location management.
- Streamline and automate workflows to improve efficiency using AWS-native technologies.
- Design and develop robust data pipelines to support HR operations and analytics.
- Maintain data models and ETL processes to ensure data quality and security.
- Collaborate with HR and technical teams to deliver effective data-driven solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest AWS tools to integrate system improvements.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- Over six years of experience in data engineering or backend development.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Scala for data processing and pipeline creation.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Glue, Redshift, and Lambda.
- Strong skills in data modeling, schema design, and workflow automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with HR or workforce management systems.
- Knowledge of cloud-based workflow optimization and cost reduction strategies.
- Familiarity with BI tools like QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI.
