JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Business Analyst II and play a vital role in enhancing our collaboration systems. This hybrid position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teams to identify and document requirements for Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Nintex solutions.
  • Design and implement tailored solutions to address business needs effectively.
  • Provide daily support and training to SharePoint users, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices for Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Assist in migration efforts from on-prem SharePoint to M365 and support Nintex migrations.
  • Foster effective working relationships within and across business units.
  • Maintain a consistent and reliable work schedule.

Skills

  • Proven experience in gathering requirements and designing solutions for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adept at managing multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse business personnel.
  • Ability to stay current with development concepts and best practices.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2+ years of experience, or a high school diploma with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with Nintex migration processes.
  • Familiarity with hybrid work environments and the flexibility to work both onsite and remotely.
