JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Business Analyst, where you'll play a key role in enhancing our digital platform for commercial banking. This hybrid position offers a blend of remote work and on-site collaboration in Brooklyn, Ohio.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application capabilities and business processes.
  • Provide comprehensive analysis and support for development and enhancement projects.
  • Lead requirement gathering sessions and convert business needs into detailed user stories and technical requirements.
  • Conduct ongoing reviews of business processes to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality application releases and user experiences.
  • Ensure adherence to security, risk management, and IT process principles.

Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis with a strong record in eliciting and testing requirements for complex systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in technical writing.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science.
  • Experience in vendor system integration and data conversion between systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence and data visualization techniques.
