JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Project Manager - Executive (Tech) and lead complex projects to success. You'll be pivotal in aligning project deliverables with business objectives while ensuring budget, scope, and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Drive project deliverables to align with strategic business goals
  • Develop detailed project plans, including task estimation and scheduling
  • Collaborate with teams to secure skilled resources for project success
  • Provide coaching and hold team members accountable for project milestones
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to methodologies
  • Analyze project performance and conduct cost-benefit analyses
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues
  • Facilitate project transition to daily operations upon completion

Skills

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to delivery
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels
  • Competency in project management methodologies and tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or related field

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in financial management and accounting for projects
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
  • Experience with Capability Maturity Model integrated (CMMi) methods
