JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our creative team as a talented Finish Specialist, where you'll bring your passion for color grading and video finishing to life in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This remote role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance visual storytelling and ensure our video content meets the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Apply expert color grading techniques to enhance and unify the visual narrative across all video projects.
  • Prepare final video masters for various platforms, ensuring they meet all technical and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with editors, producers, and directors to achieve the desired aesthetic and mood for each project.
  • Conduct thorough quality control checks to identify and resolve any issues with color, exposure, or visual continuity before final delivery.
  • Maintain organized project files and manage workflows efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Skills

  • Proven expertise in color grading and finishing techniques for video content.
  • Strong technical skills with industry-standard color grading tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for color and visual consistency.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with creative teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with video editing software and post-production workflows.
  • A background in visual arts or a related field is a plus.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies in video production.
