Researcher / Insights Strategist

We are seeking a talented and passionate Researcher / Insights Strategist to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in ethnography and user experience design to drive impactful research initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and report on research findings and insights to inform product development.
• Conduct focus groups and quantitative analysis to gather user feedback and data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business and feature requirements.
• Create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups to communicate interaction behaviors.
• Participate in usability testing and analyze performance metrics to optimize user experience.
• Lead concept development workshops based on research insights and findings.

Skills

• Strong experience in ethnographic research and customer insights.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Keynote.
• Excellent writing and communication skills to convey complex concepts effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with web and software application design.
• Familiarity with usability testing methodologies and analytics tools.
• Ability to prototype using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is a plus.
