Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are scalable and maintainable.
- Develop customized applications using Lightning Web Components and manage existing legacy components.
- Implement and migrate automation processes to modern frameworks.
- Drive secure data exchange by integrating with external systems.
- Establish and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with product teams to align Salesforce capabilities with business objectives.
Skills
- Extensive experience in software development, particularly with Salesforce implementations.
- Strong command of Salesforce DX, Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
- Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and user story development.
- Ability to enforce security standards and best coding practices.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with third-party Salesforce applications like DocuSign.
- Knowledge of database scripting and intermediate skills in JavaScript and C#.
- Experience with CRM Analytics and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
