JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our innovative team as a Salesforce Developer, where you'll design and develop cutting-edge solutions in a collaborative environment. This role offers the opportunity to lead architectural design and drive integrations with external systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are scalable and maintainable.
  • Develop customized applications using Lightning Web Components and manage existing legacy components.
  • Implement and migrate automation processes to modern frameworks.
  • Drive secure data exchange by integrating with external systems.
  • Establish and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with product teams to align Salesforce capabilities with business objectives.

Skills

  • Extensive experience in software development, particularly with Salesforce implementations.
  • Strong command of Salesforce DX, Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and user story development.
  • Ability to enforce security standards and best coding practices.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with third-party Salesforce applications like DocuSign.
  • Knowledge of database scripting and intermediate skills in JavaScript and C#.
  • Experience with CRM Analytics and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
