JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our team in San Francisco, CA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects and optimize workflows in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs to align with overall business strategies.
  • Develop detailed documentation of user requirements and program functions.
  • Manage product backlogs and customer tickets while building dashboards to enhance visibility.
  • Collaborate with project managers to forecast needs and results, ensuring project milestones are met.
  • Facilitate the optimization and building of workflows using various project management tools.
  • Communicate effectively to identify root issues and propose actionable solutions.

Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience in business analysis and workflow optimization.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Asana, Jira, and Monday.com.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate solutions effectively.
  • Understanding of project management fundamentals and execution from start to finish.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Confluence and Wiki platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with relational database concepts and client-server architecture.
  • Background in project management or related fields.
