JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise applications to end-users.
  • Work collaboratively with IT team members on essential projects and initiatives.
  • Offer top-notch technical assistance to senior leadership and executives.
  • Manage and maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware and software assets.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles to ensure accurate documentation.

Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
  • Strong understanding of Windows/Android and Apple ecosystems, including Macs and mobile devices.
  • Proficiency in IT productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
  • Solid knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance standards.

Preferred Skills

  • Industry certifications like ITIL or CompTIA are advantageous.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills across various systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a proactive approach.
