JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Drive the continuous improvement of the design system to enhance usability and accessibility across platforms.
  • Create and meticulously document reusable components and patterns using Figma, ensuring they align with development standards.
  • Maintain robust processes to uphold the integrity and quality of the design system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new design capabilities that meet business objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials to facilitate system adoption.
  • Utilize AI-driven tools to boost design process efficiency and quality.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the design systems community.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Figma, including expertise in component libraries, tokens, and responsive design.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
  • Proven experience in collaborating within agile environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using AI tools to enhance design processes.
  • Familiarity with design system governance and lifecycle management.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing system-level thinking and documentation at scale.
