JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Digital Publishing QA/QC Lead, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our digital marketing materials. Bring your expertise in Adobe Experience Manager and attention to detail to a collaborative and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the quality assurance and control processes for digital publishing, ensuring all content meets brand and accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing leads and authors to review and refine web pages, social media posts, and other digital materials.
  • Perform thorough manual and automated checks for ADA compliance and overall content accuracy.
  • Provide guidance and training to the digital authoring team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Manage and update QA documentation, ensuring processes are efficient and effective.

Skills

  • Proven experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and a strong understanding of its components and environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a knack for spotting errors and ensuring content accuracy.
  • Strong editorial skills and proficiency in English, particularly in copyediting and content review.
  • Understanding of ADA/WCAG compliance standards and the ability to apply them to digital content.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of coordinating with various teams and providing constructive feedback.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with tools like Hearsay, Adobe Target, and SiteImprove for enhanced content management.
  • Knowledge of usability and responsive design best practices to ensure optimal user experience.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
