JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Senior Specialist in Marketing, where you will lead innovative projects and drive impactful marketing strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively in a creative environment while enhancing brand visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional creative teams to develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Act as the central point of contact for business partners and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Document project plans and maintain accurate project documentation using project management software.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and opportunities, escalating as necessary to leadership.
  • Foster strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Mentor junior staff and promote best practices in project management methodologies.

Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in a creative agency or marketing environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a healthcare setting or working with healthcare brands.
  • Familiarity with insights-driven marketing strategies.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a passion for innovative marketing.
