Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee multiple projects, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic goals.
- Mentor and guide project managers in best practices and methodologies of project management.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across various business departments to achieve project objectives.
- Identify and address challenges and opportunities within projects, developing strategies for improvement.
- Conduct thorough project reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance and outcomes.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of experience in leading large and complex projects.
- Proven ability to exceed customer expectations and deliver high-quality results.
- Strong skills in conflict resolution, facilitation, and negotiation.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
Preferred Skills
- Master’s degree in business or a related field.
- Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in health plan environments.
- Knowledge of effective team leadership and mentoring techniques.
