JOB DESCRIPTION

Join us as a Scrum Master II to lead innovative projects that propel technological advancement. This remote role offers the flexibility to work within commuting distance of major urban centers, ensuring seamless project management and agile development.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and manage the execution of mid to large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources to maintain project momentum and success.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate project progress and updates effectively to stakeholders and executives.
  • Oversee the release lifecycle to ensure smooth integration and delivery.
  • Support critical applications and infrastructure in a 24/7 operational environment.
  • Engage in change management activities to bolster ongoing projects.

Skills

  • Strong experience in infrastructure management and large-scale data center operations.
  • Proven track record in program and product management with a focus on release management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective project status presentations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including project management tools like MS Project and Gantt charts.
  • Experience with Agile development life cycle and Scaled Agile framework.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Familiarity with engineering tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including potential weekend support.
