JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager for a large-scale Data Inventory initiative, where you'll lead critical transitions and collaborate across various teams in a fully remote setting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding and transition of a new data scanning tool, ensuring smooth integration into business operations.
  • Plan and execute the decommissioning of existing tools, engaging with multiple business lines and teams.
  • Influence and collaborate across organizational levels without direct authority to achieve project goals.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to coordinate the sunsetting of outgoing platforms.

Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years in project management, with proficiency in both agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong organizational and program management capabilities, with experience using MS Project and Jira.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in ambiguous environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a highly regulated environment, particularly within the financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • PMP certification and experience in technology or data projects are advantageous.
