Responsibilities

• Lead engaging design workshops and review sessions with clients.
• Create and refine wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for e-commerce pages.
• Design user interfaces that align with the SFRA framework and UX best practices.
• Collaborate with developers and business teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Apply user-centered design principles to enhance storefront usability and engagement.
• Present designs and articulate UX decisions in a client-facing environment.

Skills

• 3–5 years of professional UX/UI design experience.
• Proven experience designing within Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud.
• Strong understanding of SFRA features and storefront dynamics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in client-facing settings.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with higher education clients or similar organizations.
• Familiarity with responsive design and accessibility standards.
