JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as an IT EA Project Manager and lead dynamic projects to success. This role offers the chance to collaborate with diverse teams and utilize advanced project management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with objectives.
  • Coordinate activities across various teams to maintain project momentum.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and progress.
  • Facilitate team meetings and establish effective working practices.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Ensure project documentation and deliverables meet compliance standards.

Skills

  • Extensive experience in leading complex projects with multiple components.
  • Exceptional communication abilities for engaging with all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Microsoft applications.
  • Experience working with global teams across various time zones.
  • Knowledgeable in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in large-scale FinTech transformation projects.
  • Strong analytical skills to synthesize project progress and address risks.
  • Familiarity with project management best practices and SDLC compliance.
