Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy data analytics programs and processes to support various operational data stores.
- Collect, interpret, and aggregate data from diverse sources to facilitate insightful analysis.
- Develop data tools such as dashboards and visualizations to meet business needs.
- Utilize business intelligence and statistical software to build solutions and perform data analysis.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, document needs, and clarify expectations.
- Create and maintain high-level and detailed design documentation, as well as standard operating procedures.
- Provide production support, including job monitoring and issue resolution.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in programming with BASE SAS, SAS/Macros, and Proc SQL.
- Proven data analysis experience working with large datasets and relational databases.
- Strong SQL query development skills.
- 2+ years of experience in Python programming.
- Demonstrated ability to support large-scale data pipelines for reporting and analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced SAS programming certification.
- Experience in developing data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI.
- Familiarity with health care data and analytics.
- Experience with Data Bricks.
