We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative data analytics projects that drive business decisions and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy data analytics programs and processes to support various operational data stores.
• Collect, interpret, and aggregate data from diverse sources to facilitate insightful analysis.
• Develop data tools such as dashboards and visualizations to meet business needs.
• Utilize business intelligence and statistical software to build solutions and perform data analysis.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, document needs, and clarify expectations.
• Create and maintain high-level and detailed design documentation, as well as standard operating procedures.
• Provide production support, including job monitoring and issue resolution.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in programming with BASE SAS, SAS/Macros, and Proc SQL.
• Proven data analysis experience working with large datasets and relational databases.
• Strong SQL query development skills.
• 2+ years of experience in Python programming.
• Demonstrated ability to support large-scale data pipelines for reporting and analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced SAS programming certification.
• Experience in developing data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI.
• Familiarity with health care data and analytics.
• Experience with Data Bricks.
