Responsibilities
- Act as the Product Owner on a Scrum Team, guiding the team towards project objectives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and end users to gather and understand their needs.
- Create and maintain a well-organized backlog of user stories and features that meet the Definition of Ready.
- Prioritize the backlog based on business value and ensure clarity in user story implementation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and solution design meetings, providing updates and ensuring alignment with product vision.
- Assess the work completed by the development team to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Embody the company’s culture and values while delivering exceptional customer service.
Skills
- Expertise in Medicaid and DSNP Claims Domain.
- Experience in capturing requirements in a healthcare claims setting.
- Proven ability to manage projects from ideation to post-deployment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with CSP Facets.
- Basic understanding of Agile Methodology.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
