JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate business systems to identify user needs and develop strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Create comprehensive documentation detailing user requirements, program functions, and development steps for computer programs.
  • Lead and direct project teams, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Utilize extensive experience and judgment to plan and achieve project goals, fostering creativity and innovation.
  • Collaborate with managers and department heads to ensure alignment with business strategies.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 6-8 years of experience in business analysis or a related area.
  • Strong understanding of business concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Proven ability to lead and direct the work of others, with excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with a variety of business analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business environments and manage multiple priorities.
  • Creative thinking and a high degree of latitude in decision-making.
