Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of events, collaborating with various teams and agencies.
• Coordinate logistics for screenings and premieres, ensuring all details are meticulously managed.
• Engage in regular communication with regional teams to align on local titles and event needs.
• Prepare documentation and presentations for executives regarding upcoming events.
• Oversee the ordering of materials and managing budgets related to event planning.

Skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, particularly in a bilingual setting (Spanish required).
• Proven experience in event planning, with a minimum of five years in a related role.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with LATAM markets.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for event management.
• Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
