We are seeking a talented and experienced CX Senior Researcher to join our dynamic team. This remote role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to enhancing user experiences through innovative research methods.

Responsibilities

• Capture user and business needs to inform design improvements.
• Facilitate biweekly testing sessions, presenting findings and gathering feedback to enhance desktop and mobile designs.
• Utilize existing research processes to guide the creation of new research initiatives.
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, and analysts to refine user experience through critique and feedback.
• Lead various research projects employing both qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Advocate for the implementation of research findings within an Agile framework.

Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of UX research experience.
• Proficiency in testing mobile and desktop designs using diverse research methodologies.
• Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work across functions and support varied business stakeholders.
• Experience with UX research and design tools such as Figma, Miro, and Adobe Target.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with the health insurance industry.
• Strong quantitative research skills.
• Experience facilitating and presenting data in group settings.
