JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving commercial excellence within our organization, leading cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency and sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage strategic projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate project meetings with stakeholders to maintain clear communication and manage change effectively.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, proactively addressing obstacles to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports for senior leadership to support informed decision-making.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and impact.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of project management experience with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret large data sets.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, and PowerBI.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with project management software and tools.
  • Lean Six Sigma training or certification.
  • Familiarity with Agile Development Methodology.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
