JOB DESCRIPTION

Join us as a Product Manager where you will play a pivotal role in implementing a new Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) technology. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive impactful change by bridging the gap between business, technology, and user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts in communication and change management to ensure teams are ready for the new PLM system.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent messaging about system updates.
  • Apply product management strategies to prioritize rollouts and identify potential value additions.
  • Create training and engagement materials like guides and presentations to aid user adoption.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing, document results, and suggest product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with product managers to outline business requirements and user stories.
  • Facilitate sprint reviews and working sessions to document action items and iteration opportunities.
  • Collect user feedback to guide future roadmap decisions and improve usability.

Skills

  • 3–6 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or change management.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to simplify complex information effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across product, engineering, and business teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with enterprise technology implementations, especially PLM systems.
  • Understanding of user acceptance testing and product lifecycle processes.
  • Background in retail, consumer products, or large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Experience in Food & Beverage product development is a plus.
