JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Sales Operations Specialist, where you'll thrive in a dynamic environment, driving grassroots outreach and market engagement to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market visits to evaluate listings and gather insights on competitors.
  • Execute outreach strategies to connect with potential hosts and develop sales strategies.
  • Engage with local communities and digital forums to identify and connect with new hosts.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging based on feedback.
  • Show strong ownership in solving problems and enhancing operational processes.

Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or grassroots operations.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a positive and authentic tone.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and conversations effectively.
  • Natural ability to build relationships and connect with people.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in fast-paced startup environments with comfort in ambiguity.
  • Background in real estate, hospitality, or direct-to-consumer businesses.
  • Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Passion for hospitality and understanding of small business owners' needs.
