JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic global team as a Marketing Automation & Email Experience Manager, where your creative design skills and Marketo expertise will drive innovative marketing campaigns. Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences through visually compelling emails and landing pages.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop responsive, mobile-friendly, and dark-mode-optimized emails and landing pages using Marketo and Knak.
  • Execute and optimize marketing campaigns, including email sends, nurtures, webinars, and events, within Marketo.
  • Code and troubleshoot HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Velocity scripting to create dynamic and personalized experiences.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure email rendering and deliverability across various clients and devices.
  • Analyze campaign performance and run A/B tests to recommend design and segmentation improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to advise on UX/UI best practices, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
  • Explore and implement new automation techniques and personalization methods to enhance customer engagement.

Skills

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Marketo and proficiency in tools like Knak, Litmus, or Email on Acid.
  • Advanced HTML/CSS skills with a strong understanding of responsive email design.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript and Velocity scripting.
  • Experience in designing and testing email and landing page templates.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Strong eye for design, detail, and brand consistency.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices, pharma, or healthcare.
  • Familiarity with Veeva PromoMats or other content approval workflows.
  • Understanding of marketing data standards, privacy compliance (GDPR), and automation best practices.
