JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Marketing Manager to join our team, focusing on enhancing our marketing strategies and engaging with key stakeholders. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to lead innovative marketing initiatives in the medical device sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive evidence roadmaps that align with marketing and regulatory needs.
  • Translate complex clinical and economic data into user-friendly tools and resources.
  • Coordinate marketing deliverables for industry events, ensuring timely and effective content creation.
  • Enhance event visibility through strategic partnerships with clinical and marketing teams.
  • Craft engaging internal communications to keep stakeholders informed about key launches and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with corporate teams to create compelling social media content that aligns with brand guidelines.

Skills

  • Proven experience in software or medical device product marketing.
  • Strong background in social media management and event engagement.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in creating ROI calculators, white papers, and value briefs.
  • Familiarity with clinical partnerships and KOL engagement strategies.
  • Ability to develop multimedia assets for various platforms.
