JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and assess business systems to document requirements and define project scope effectively.
  • Collaborate with leaders to implement process improvements and enhance organizational services.
  • Lead meetings to foster idea generation and ensure seamless communication across teams.
  • Drive process maturity by maintaining comprehensive business process documentation and automation.
  • Support Agile transformation initiatives and adhere to best practices in business analysis.
  • Research business requests and troubleshoot issues to optimize system performance.

Skills

  • At least 5 years of experience in business systems analysis with strong analytical abilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in application development and technology testing.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with banking core systems and basic knowledge of Excel and SQL.
  • Familiarity with process improvement and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams.
  • Experience with backend APIs and system integrations.
