JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Lead Project Manager, where you'll oversee impactful projects across multiple business lines in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects from concept to implementation, ensuring success through collaboration and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage mid to large-scale projects impacting various business areas, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, managing dependencies and critical paths effectively.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that meet diverse business needs.
  • Facilitate communication and reporting among project team members and key stakeholders.
  • Implement change management strategies, including communication and training plans.
  • Identify and resolve project conflicts, performing impact analysis and prioritization.
  • Manage project financials, including budgeting and forecasting, to meet company standards.
  • Conduct lessons-learned reviews to drive continuous improvement and project success.

Skills

  • Proven experience in leading complex projects with significant resource integration.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to motivate teams and achieve project objectives.
  • Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to tackle project challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to manage project risks and issues, providing timely and accurate reporting.

Preferred Skills

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent.
  • Experience in financial industry or banking sector.
  • Familiarity with various project delivery methodologies, such as waterfall and agile.
