Responsibilities
- Utilize project management platforms to oversee timelines, tasks, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate processes across creative production teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Lead efforts in capacity planning and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including workflow guidelines and status reports.
- Onboard and manage freelance and contract resources as needed to meet project demands.
- Continuously assess and refine internal processes to align with organizational growth.
- Provide administrative support, including meeting coordination and management of internal systems.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in project or account management within a creative agency or marketing organization.
- Strong ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in project management software, with experience in HIVE being a significant asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and strategic thinking skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Brandfolder and Figma.
- Experience in creative production processes.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant project management experience.
