JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Web Production Manager. This role offers the opportunity to lead web production activities and create engaging website content in a fully remote setting.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the roadmap for website features and functionalities, enhancing content management efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align web content production with business objectives.
  • Manage the creation, editing, and publishing of website pages and digital assets using Adobe Experience Manager or similar platforms.
  • Optimize workflows and implement best practices throughout the web production lifecycle.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for web requests, defining requirements and managing expectations.
  • Monitor website performance and user experience to drive continuous improvements.

Skills

  • 4-7 years of experience managing websites using Adobe Experience Manager or a similar enterprise CMS.
  • Strong content production skills with a focus on building, editing, and publishing web pages.
  • Deep understanding of web production workflows and content governance.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills aimed at continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
  • Ability to communicate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in digital marketing and understanding of SEO best practices.
