JOB DESCRIPTION

Join us as a Lead IT Solutions Architect, where you'll drive innovative solutions in the financial domain, focusing on policy administration platforms. This hybrid role, based in Minneapolis, offers the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives and collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement capability roadmaps, leveraging financial expertise and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Evaluate and propose targeted solutions that align with architectural standards and business strategies.
  • Provide leadership in tactical and strategic planning for the ALIP capability.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to prioritize and implement new architectures.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and models to support technical architecture.
  • Lead and mentor architects to ensure successful project execution and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to foster effective collaboration.
  • Contribute to the integration of cloud technology and AI solutions for enhanced operational efficiency.

Skills

  • Over 11 years of experience in insurance or financial domains, with expertise in ALIP or similar systems.
  • Strong understanding of policy administrative platforms like ALIP, Guidewire, and others.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and projects with a focus on strategic planning and execution.

Preferred Skills

  • 8-10 years of supervisory experience.
  • Advanced degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Knowledge of SQL and other technical proficiencies.
