Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive test strategies and plans for complex projects.
• Coordinate testing efforts across various teams and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Oversee the creation, validation, and updating of test cases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Manage the defect lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
• Provide insightful dashboard reporting and trend analysis to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers and business users to facilitate effective testing processes.

Skills

• Exceptional communication skills with a strong presence in executive settings.
• Proven experience in facilitating meetings and reporting to leadership.
• Proficiency in JIRA for setup and execution of testing processes.
• Solid understanding of waterfall methodology.
• Ability to write and manage test cases effectively without automation or scripting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the utility sector is advantageous.
• Background in regulatory or process-heavy industries such as medical devices.
• Familiarity with agile testing environments.
