JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst, where you'll collaborate with tech professionals to enhance economic and financial systems. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work onsite and remotely, ensuring quality in software solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive software quality assurance strategies for various applications.
  • Analyze business requirements to create and execute test plans, ensuring alignment with user needs and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with product delivery teams to document, track, and resolve software defects.
  • Communicate software quality measures to report on reliability, performance, and security.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with customers, service providers, and technical partners.

Skills

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • In-depth understanding of quality assurance processes and technologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with test automation and behavior-driven development.
  • Familiarity with agile, cloud-based delivery, and financial industry technologies like .NET, Java, and JavaScript.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a growth mindset and learning agility.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and test automation best practices.
