Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions with finance, sales, and engineering teams to identify business needs.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable product specifications.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs to align with business objectives and stakeholder priorities.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to deliver robust and scalable data products.
- Oversee end-to-end testing plans and lead user acceptance testing with stakeholders.
- Ensure product releases meet quality standards and achieve desired outcomes.
- Implement financial platforms, including managing Anaplan finance solutions.
- Maintain clear communication regarding project scopes, timelines, and resources.
Skills
- 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in B2B or enterprise environments.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale product launches and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong expertise in financial planning and reporting systems.
- Proficient in JIRA for project management and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Anaplan is highly advantageous.
- Background in engineering, accounting, business, or related fields.
- Ability to drive business transformation initiatives with a focus on positive outcomes.
