Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with finance, sales, and engineering teams to identify business needs.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable product specifications.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs to align with business objectives and stakeholder priorities.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to deliver robust and scalable data products.
• Oversee end-to-end testing plans and lead user acceptance testing with stakeholders.
• Ensure product releases meet quality standards and achieve desired outcomes.
• Implement financial platforms, including managing Anaplan finance solutions.
• Maintain clear communication regarding project scopes, timelines, and resources.

Skills

• 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in B2B or enterprise environments.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale product launches and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong expertise in financial planning and reporting systems.
• Proficient in JIRA for project management and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Anaplan is highly advantageous.
• Background in engineering, accounting, business, or related fields.
• Ability to drive business transformation initiatives with a focus on positive outcomes.
