JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Sr. IT Analyst, where you'll lead the deployment and optimization of workflow solutions in a collaborative global environment. This role offers the chance to drive service and quality improvements while working closely with stakeholders worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and engage in process integration and user acceptance testing for new workflow solutions.
  • Develop and standardize labeling processes, ensuring clear communication of changes to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with teams to align operations with established standards and workflows.
  • Identify and lead projects to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Provide support to Design Operations teams and manage necessary escalations.
  • Create and maintain documentation for new processes and system implementations.
  • Act as the primary contact for internal customers to clarify processes and resolve issues.

Skills

  • Proven experience in IT analysis and project coordination.
  • Strong understanding of workflow solutions and process improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop comprehensive reports.
  • Proficient in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a global corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with ISO and Quality Management System standards.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to labeling and packaging.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
