JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Senior Full Stack Developer, where you'll lead innovative projects in a dynamic environment. This role offers a blend of remote and on-site work, providing flexibility and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee quality assurance initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.
  • Coordinate global testing services, effectively managing both on-shore and offshore resources.
  • Develop and implement strategic resourcing plans in alignment with long-term growth objectives.
  • Ensure team adherence to quality requirements, testing standards, and methodologies.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, Apigee, and JBOSS.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle for Amazon Cloud/OpenShift platforms.
  • Expertise in front-end technologies like Angular, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and Bootstrap.
  • Familiarity with AWS services such as S3, EC2, RDS, and Lambda functions.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Java internals, JVM tuning, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Previous experience managing QA efforts in a global delivery model.
