We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to facilitate agile practices and enhance team collaboration within a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate scrum processes and ensure adherence to agile methodologies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Support the product owner in managing the product backlog and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Coach team members on agile practices while monitoring project progress to meet deadlines.
• Encourage clear communication of requirements and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Share best practices and drive continuous improvement within the team.

Skills

• Strong understanding of Agile Methodology and its principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools, particularly Jira.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Background in IT or software development environments.
• Previous experience in a Scrum Master role or similar capacity.
